THE PRO-ABORTION CANDIDATE
Shawn Wilson, Democrat
- Louisiana Right to Life does not recommend that citizens vote for Shawn Wilson since he will support legal elective abortion as Governor.
- Wilson supports legalizing elective abortion as in was before the Dobbs v. Jackson’s Women’s Health decision, which includes legalizing abortion all the way until the unborn child is in the 5th month of pregnancy (20 weeks old). He said, “It’s not the government’s right to tell a woman what to do with any medical procedure involving her body. They have a right to privacy for these decisions.”

Frank Scurlock has committed to serving as a pro-life Governor.
