Louisiana Right to Life is a non-partisan organization that does not endorse candidates. When it comes to elections, our goal is to educate the electorate on where candidates stand on life issues.

Elections will be held for all Congressional seats this fall. Louisiana has six Congressional districts. Following is a list of candidates and, where possible, information on their voting records on life issues and submitted questionnaires. 1st Congressional District

2nd Congressional District
- Troy A. Carter (D) (Incumbent)
- Has a 0% Pro-Life Voting Record in the U.S. House (100% Pro-Abortion)
- Had a pro-abortion voting record in the Louisiana Senate (47% Pro-Life Voting Record)
- “Dan” Lux (R)
- Stated in a questionnaire response that he is pro-life and believes abortion should only be legal “to prevent the death of the mother, or in cases of rape reported to a law enforcement agency, or incest against a minor reported to a child abuse agency.”
3rd Congressional District

- Congressman Higgins has a 100% pro-life voting record with National Right to Life since elected in 2016.
